Adrien Modaffari began playing the violin at age 8. At just 11 years old, he was accepted into the class of renowned violinist Tibor Varga at his Academy in Sion, Switzerland.
Throughout his studies, he perfected his technique under internationally acclaimed masters such as Jean-Jacques Kantorow, Victor Pikaisen, Raphaël Oleg, and Gábor Takács-Nagy.
In 2005, he joined the violin program under Yolande Leroy at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne (HEM, Sion campus), earning his Teaching Diploma in Violin in 2010.
Dedicated to offering tailored instruction suited for young children, Adrien chose to specialize and officially train in the Suzuki Method with the European Suzuki Association (ESA). Since 2015, he has also been a faculty member at the Conservatoire Municipal in Évian-les-Bains.
A passionate chamber musician, he performs regularly in Switzerland, France, Italy, and Germany.
