Trained at the Conservatoire of Toulouse, then under the guidance of masters Francisco Bernier in Seville and Gianpaolo Bandini in Lucca, Ysé Dastugue obtained a master’s degree in musical performance with honors.
A First Prize winner of numerous international competitions (Niccolò Paganini in Parma, Harmonia Cordis in Romania, Mantovani in Tuscany…), he regularly performs at major European festivals.
Alongside his artistic career, he has developed a strong commitment to teaching. Invited in 2025 to give masterclasses at several Italian and Romanian institutions, he also began a pedagogical master’s degree the same year at the Geneva University of Music. Convinced that teaching naturally extends his path as a performer, he aspires to pass on his experience and passion to new generations of musicians.
